Why is the map of my site not focused on the NEW address?

This problem is related to the fact that there is a listing of an old “known device” at your previous address. Please delete any “known devices” following these steps:

  1. Access the Accuware dashboard at at this link.
  2. Click on the Devices section.
  3. Click on the DELETE button next to all the known devices.
  4. Logout and press CTRL+F5
  5. Login again.

The map should be now focused on the new address.
